Instituted by Mayor Tom Giordano and the Municipal Council, the Waldwick Wall
of Heroes continues to honor deceased Waldwick Veterans by displaying their
photo on the Waldwick Wall of Heroes located on the second floor of the Administration Building.
Applications are available by calling (201) 652-5300 x238. Please mail completed application
along with proof of service, a copy of discharge or DD214, proof of Waldwick residency (current
or past), an 8 x 10 military photo and $25.00 check made payable to the Borough of Waldwick –
Wall of Heroes to the Mayor’s Office, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, NJ 07463.
