Zoning Board

The Zoning Board reviews appeals from the decision of the Zoning Officer, requests for interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance, Hardship Variances, Use Variances, and Map Act Variances.  

A Zoning Board of Adjustment is hereby established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69 et seq., consisting of seven (7) residents of the Borough of Waldwick appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, to serve for terms of four (4) years from January 1 of the year of their appointment.  All meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment are open to the public, except such Executive Sessions authorized pursuant to State law.

All meetings are held at 8:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Waldwick Administration Building located at 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey.  Regular Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month.
