Landlord/Tenant Registrations

LANDLORD/TENANT REGISTRATION – N.J.S.A. 46:8-28

Every landlord who owns a residential building (one-dwelling until rental or two-dwelling unit non-owner occupied premises) in which rent is received, shall file a Landlord/Tenant Registration form with the Borough Clerk’s office by April 1 of each year.  If a change of tenancy occurs, a new Tenant Registration form is required within 20 days of the change.

Renewals and payments can be mailed to Borough Clerk’s Office, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, NJ 07463.

Renewals and payments can also be placed in the drop box at Borough Hall.  The drop box is located at the corner of the building near the pedestrian walkway.
